Our Cart
Panqueis isn't a table in the corner — it's a charming green cart that rolls straight to your venue and sets up wherever the party is. We cook fresh right there, and the cart becomes the spot everyone gathers around all night.
The Bar
Once the cart is set, we fire up a fresh batch and lay out a full build-your-own bar of toppings and syrups. Guests stack their own little plates exactly the way they love them — it's interactive, it smells incredible, and it's the photo everyone takes.

How It Works
Tell us your event date, type, and guest count. We'll confirm availability and send your quote.
A small deposit reserves your date, and we plan the details — flavors, toppings, and your theme. Plans change? Just give us notice and we'll happily work with you to reschedule.
We arrive, style the cart, cook fresh, and run the bar so you get to enjoy your own party.

Good to Know
The sooner the better, especially for weekend dates and wedding season. A small deposit reserves your date.
A flat space for the cart and access to a standard power outlet. Indoor or outdoor both work — we'll go over the details when you book.
We serve Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. Events a bit farther out are welcome — a small travel fee may apply.
Let us know about allergies or dietary needs when you inquire and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We plan for 6–8 mini pancakes per guest — enough that everyone goes back for seconds. We lock the exact count to your final headcount so no one runs short.
